HPSCA Player Registration & Search System

District ₹50 State ₹100 Arbiters Included Player Search

HPSCA system includes registration + live player database search for transparency and tournament tracking.

🏁 District Registration

Players register online with ₹50 fee. District ID is generated after successful registration.

📍 Active District Codes

SML → Shimla
SLN → Solan
CBA → Chamba

🏛️ State Registration

After district verification, data is auto-fetched into state system. Players must pay ₹100 to complete HPSCA registration.

🔍 Player Search System

✔ Players can be searched using:
- Name
- District ID (e.g., SML00123)
- District (SML / SLN / CBA)

✔ Search shows:
- Player Name
- District
- Elo Rating
- Registration Status (District / State)
- Tournament eligibility

✔ Purpose:
Helps players, arbiters, and organizers verify official records instantly.

♟️ Arbiter Registration

Arbiters register through the same system as players. Role is assigned after verification.

SYSTEM FLOW:
Registration → ₹50 District Fee → District ID → Auto Sync → ₹100 State Fee → Official HPSCA Entry → Live Search Available
